At Just Maple, every spring, we boil sap into syrup using our wood fired evaporator. And while steam rising from the sugar house is the universal “welcome” sign as winter thaws, you can find out how syrup is made anytime. Open year ’round, the barn store holds all kinds of maple products, plus goodies from neighboring farms.

Directions:

From the south, north and East – Take Exit 20 off of Rte 93 in Tilton. Head West on Rte 3 about 1.5 miles to Tilton Center. Opposite the Shell/Big Apple, take a right onto School St towards the Tilton School. Just Maple at Green Acres Farm is on the right, 2.2 miles up. Look for the big pine barn!

From the west – From the intersection of Rte 11 and 3 in Franklin by the Merrimack River, head east 3.8 miles to School St in Tilton.  Opposite the Shell/Big Apple, take a left onto School St towards the Tilton School. Just Maple at Green Acres Farm is on the right, 2.2 miles north. Look for the big pine barn!
