Hello, I am wondering about the process of making maple syrup. I understand that generally, some kind of oil or fat is added to the sap while it is being boiled down, and I am wondering what kind of oil you use.
The reason for asking is because my grandson has a peanut allergy, and has to avoid anything that might contain peanuts or peanut oil.
I bought your Maple Cream when visiting Moulton Farm along with a jug of your Grade A syrup. The syrup is great, but the Maple Cream is about the best thing ever! It’s great alone and on vanilla ice cream, spread on toast or added to plain yogurt. I’m sure there are 100 uses! Are you sure this is pure maple syrup?! How do you make this cream? Thanks so much!
Great people !
Looking for pricing, shipping and availability. Can’t find the order form.
Hi there. We love your maple sugar candy but my son was recently diagnosed with celiac. Is it gluten-free?
Thanks, Erica
Yes, it contains only pure maple syrup.

So sorry for the delay in response! We use a vegetable based fat to keep our syrup from foaming when it’s boiled.
So glad to hear you enjoyed the maple cream! Yes, it is 100% Maple Syrup and the smoothness is all in the cooling and mixing process.
